On September 9, Professor David Robertson from University of Edinburgh gave a lecture on the topic "Distributed Data, AI and Healthcare at Large Scale". Professor Robertson is the Vice Principal and Head of College of Science & Engineering at the University of Edinburgh. Shipeng Li, the Executive President of 优德官网 acted as the host of the lecture.

Professor David Robertson’s talk focused on the discussion about build a trustworthy international partnership and enduring data infrastructure to support a rapid response to the current COVID-19 and future pandemics across the world, so as to unite data from international clinical trials, biomedical and health research to enable discoveries that benefit all people, everywhere, by reducing the harm of the COVID-19 pandemic.
